All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Order Issues (Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and make it right (replacement or store credit at our discretion).

Items sent back to us without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
Cancellations

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages after they are marked Delivered by the carrier. For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier. We’ll assist where we can.
